audiopulse enclosure help

So I recently picked up 2 audiopulse axis 12s, quad one coils, and I have semi limited space(trunk). I originally wanted to wall these in my grand prix but I need my entire back seat for my son so plans have changed. My goal isn't spl now I'm more looking for low frequency response. It is my understanding that I will be able to "hit lower" in a sealed enclosure, correct? If I'm wrong please correct me. Basically I'm just looking for some ideas or a box designs to get these moofers moving some air in the trunk. Should I seal off the trunk and fire them forward with the back seat rest off while my sons in the car and just put the seat back in and turn them off when he's in there or just a simple box firing towards the rear like usual. Also I will have 3K-5K depending how I wire them. Thanks in advance for any input especially if anyone has some personal experiences with these woofers.

those subs sealed will get nice and low. I wouldn't say lower than a tuned box, but the payoff in sound quality/accuracy will be worth it.

I had 1 axis 15" sealed, facing the cabin. I would lower my seats when I could- as you described. Sounded great, and got low- even underpowered

good choice in subs

Yeah I currently have one in 2.5 tuned to 32hz off only 830 watts and I love it so far. What size box would you recommend for the 2 12s, and should they share a chamber or have separate chambers, and would 3K be enough to get the full potential from these?
