probably just different release years. think i seen a video on youtube you can expect around 1000 watts out of it.

I have heard that these amps are indeed decent, but am confused about the model numbers. The specs seem to be the same between the two.

Gimling.....yes, you are correct. The apcl1500 is the newer version of the ap1500. Thank you.
