Audiopipe 10001D help?

I have a Audiopipe 10001D amp, 15'' RE SX, 4 gauge power and ground. The amp keeps cutting out when i turn the volume to 24 but i have played it at 27 a lot. Does anybody have any idea why it would be doing this?

turn all ur gains down and bass boost and then try it and see if it cuts out again if it is not cutting out then u sir need to learn how to set ur gains and not even touch ur bass boost

I didnt check my battery voltage. what test tone should i use to set my gains. I used a 50hz last time

i just do it by ear. never blown a sub, or an amp

Set the bass volume on your headunit to zero, loudness off, eq flat(boost the highs if needed), bass boost on the amp to zero and crossover at 80Hz, gain 2/3~3/4. Check your battery voltage too and make sure it isn't low.

not wise you have no idea what his HU rca voltage is, if its 5v prob not a good idea
