Audiocontrol Three.2 or Arc audio XEQ?

My system sound good but i want a bit more, i know getting DSP is the answer but am broke and i don't have a super high end system.

I have $200-300 to spend so my question is which EQ is best for the money?

What makes you think you need an eq? Eq's shouldn't be used to boost frequencies but more to cut unless you're lacking in some frequencies and need to boost them. What equipment are you running? Perhaps that money can be used to upgrade some of your equipment

Your DSP options for $200-$300 are a cheap used JBL MS-8, which does not require a laptop, a MiniDSP with add-ons, or Precision Power DSP-88R. The latter 2 options should also be paired with an RTA setup. You can get REW and spend roughly $100 to turn your laptop into a powerful RTA setup. Whichever way you go you need to do some research into how to tune, because without knowledge none of this is going to make your system sound better.

Not a new dsp from helix but as far as eq. Maybe a arc peq and idx

Don't forget about the RTA. You can't tune a DSP on a laptop by your ears alone.
