Audiobahn??

I am supposed to recieve a two chqannel 5hundred watt audiobahn amp. My question to all of you would be "is this a good amplifier? Is it reliable? and can someone reccomend some speakers that this ampm pushes really well?

I think that Audiobahn makes pretty good amps, but I havent heard too many of them around here.

Can u reccomend some subs for this amp man? And do they produce like of Fosgate powers, Or power comparible to what brand?

The amp is probally comparable to something just under a Kicker amp and I mean just under.

I have 2 audiobahn awt 10s and an audiobahn aw1800x amp. at a recent local competition, I took first in my class and hit a 151db. now I believe thats pretty impressive for 2 10's. My personal opinion is that audiobahn products rank very high, possibly well above kicker, as kicker has not really changed much in design in years

audiobahn is quality! forget kicker. just look at the craftsmanship put into the audipbahn products. if i were you, i would stick with using audiobahn products. so get some audiobahn subs. check out thezeb.com. they have great deals on audiobahn products. and another suggestion is dont buy an amp or any product that you dont know how to use or what to use it for.

I am what I calla "summer specialist" I install subs, apms, HU's, etc. in the summer for all my extra money. Last summer I made nearly 3,000 dollars beacuse i charged sighly less then the "proffesional" shop 4 towns over. They would charge 45 to do a HU I'd charge 35. For an amp 80 from me 6. This got me ALOT of business. I have installed JL audio, Rockford Fosgate, JBL and Audiobahn just to name a few. I have never sat and comapired subs with different amps. While i have done more than one set of certain subs tha amps have always differe. The channles, brands, and watts just to name a few. I just wondered someone elses s opinion of Audiobahn.

It's Ok but please do not buy their subs. Sure they sound great for about 5 min or so untill the pieces of SH*T blow. The amp are comparable to lightning audio and the subs are a glorified Volfenhag or however you spell that crap.

Well right now I am still waiting for this amp to arrive. I am at the moment looking at a JL audio 12W6 sub and some 2 12" pioneer diamond forms. I am leaning towards JL audio beacuse it can thump harder than the 2 Pioneers and won't take up as much space as 2 subs. Any other reccomendations would be appriciated. Also does anyone have a face plate adapter for a 1988 Chevy corsica that they would sell CHAp or trade for?

This may be true for the lower priced ones, but my Alum10xs work very well and could kick your system to the curb and drag it back for another beating.

hey rangerman, can u give me an all out review of ur alum 10x's? my cousin is going to build a system, he really wants sq and a good amount of spl, so i recommended those subs to him . by looking at the specs i was pretty impressed. a sq sub with an 800 watt rms power handling. anyways, i'd love to hear what you have to say about it, the good and the bad. thanks. oh yea, what amp are you running to it?

I think I gave a review to your post about it, but I did not tell what anp. Anyway I am runnung one JBL 1200.1 to each of mine. I like the subs though, they are great overall.

I have their subs, speakers and their amplifier and I have had no problems with them at all. And the looks are wicked, but with the looks, they also function very well if not excellent. And another thing, they are a lot cheaper than Rockford or Cerwin Vega. The Audiobahn product is the best I have ever seen and performs wicked. Bottom line!!!!!

I JUST ORDERED TWO AW1000X SUBS AND WANT TO DO A NICE 2 AMP SET UP TO LOOK BALANCED IN THE TRUNK.. IM SO NEW TO THIS - WHATS NICE INEXPENSIVE AMP TO RUN THESE SUBS.

get 2 jbl bp1200's
