Wood shop is up and running, custom boxes now being built, Sealed, 4th order, 6th Order, Aperiodic, Compound Isobaric etc, contact me for price quote, no build time waits. 1/32nd inch external tolerances. Phone or text me @ 276-780-0809, pics of builds available. 16yrs experience and builds in both SQ and SPL. Can give a freq response graph before build. Prices are very low and boxes can be finished with any type of carpet/laminate etc and home enclosures can be stained furniture grade and built of birch or oak. Some of the enclosures pictured were built before the upgrades in the new shop. The folded port RD box was the 2nd box to come outta the new Shop 1/64th" external tolerances. I also have a Termlab for anyone interested in getting metered local.

I built Chris Reedy's (averaged 150.4 single 15 RD Alpha Max @ 36Hz) (MECA Mod 2 VA State Champ, Mod 2 National Points Leader, and 3rd @ World Finals with a Substitute Amplifier [down around 1K in power with substitute amp managed a])148.xx]) Went undefeated till one of his amps died the day before finals during testing.

Most of Paul Strouths stuff till he got with Sundown (We were doing 151.7 consistently with a pair of 12" HCCA's @ the Headrest/Termlab 38Hz and 154.7 @ 38Hz with 2 DP 21's) Sound_Around is familiar with my builds and Ciaonzo is familiar with my depth of audio knowledge.

My Scion TC single AQ HDC3 15-A managed a 144.4 @ 28Hz on 3K Termlab/Headrest, The four 10"s in my 4Runner would do 146.1 @ 32Hz Headrest/Termlab and both were very musical.

Heres a few examples, some are older builds with less precise machines. Almost all are unfinished.

perhaps you should invest in a plunge router, jasper jig, straight cut, flush trim and a 3/8 rounder over bit before ya start turning out "pro made" boxes. also a small air compressor and a brad nailer too
The new shop has all that, lol these are not my best boxes just the ones I have pics of. Brad nails dont hold at the pressures alot of guys I build for produce. 2.5" Coarse thread screws hold alot better than brads, more cost on my side, but a near invincible enclosure in the end.

What you cant see from looking at them is that each enclosure is specifically matched to the sub(s) in them. These are boxes either laying around or pics I had of old builds, I will update the pics as new builds are finished, until now I have not offered to ship so when the boxes get finished they are usually in the peoples cars soon after and down the road my creation goes.

I can whip ya up some rings if ya need, just let me know what the internal and external diameters need to be. I'm not sure how much they'd be, if I can get them from scrap boards I'll let them go for $4 each plus shipping, they will be sanded smooth ready to go.

ATTN Everyone, My Main phone is dead till further notice, call my other phone to talk to me. My other number is:

276-780-0809

I the phone will not power on so I have lost all the numbers to people who have called me so call me back on the number above, I apologize for this, its an LG Scoop though so problems were destined sooner or later.

Phone number has been edited look again

Hey if you can pm me, if you want to help with a box design for my 18" hw, dual spider.
Sure man, have you pulled real specs yet?

I have a for sale thread with my 15" GP Dual Spider on here, specs are different than listed your's prob will be too, My Alpha Max 18 Single Spider was so far off I couldn't use it for it's intended install but the normal alphas have always been pretty close.

All PM's replied too

If at all possible people send me specs for the subs, if your local drop by and we'll pull them and ya can check out the establishment, lol.

Hello everyone, All PM's answered, bad news, My Wife "Woman in picture with the infamous urinating dog" was admitted to the hospital 55miles south of home so until she's released I will be hit and miss, Hopefully she will be home friday evening if all goes well.
