Audio Technix 400.1 protect mode

well my Audio Tecnix 400.1 is staying in protect mode after i took a 4x4 trip to the "horse pasture" which is a series of long gravel trails... but i had the system playing for maybe 10 mins tops and then it was turned down the rest of the time wich was about 2 hours, then it randomly went into protect mode and wont come back out of it... is there any ideas? ive already hooked it up to a sepearate power supply and still in protect and my electrical system in my Jeep has been perfect, so its not a problem with my wiring id imagine... dont know what to do cause i simply dont have the money to replace it right now.. thanks in advance
