A good site to get you started is the SSA store. Everything on there is legit. Woofersect has more high stuff like Hertz, Brax, Dyna

Basic Car Audio Electronics

As well as here^^^

You sir are a far step ahead of most people that come here. I like you.
Me too!

You need to hear some good cars.
I agree totally. Not only research but experience. I'm sure you could find a weekly gathering or a show of some sort where you could demo a car. Hearing several different setups such as active, passive such as crossovers, strong midbass, strong subwoofer, front stage only, with rear fill, etc. Also with your ability to tune (or should I say hu's ability) it might be a great service to you to hear a system properly tuned and time aligned (TA). If you could do some research and maybe hear a few cars you could come back with a specifically narrowed down request for system suggestions. Don't forget a budget.

Budget for now ill say is 1,000 dollars keep in mind I already have the head unit and the amp for the subs unless yall think a better amp with help so basically I need subs and mids
Id say keep the amp, its a decent amp. What kind of music do you prefer listening to? Are your doors accoustically treated? Do you want bright tweeters or warm soft sounding ones? Do you want low low bass, or musical bass and how loud?

Did you run the auto eq/TA of your 80 prs on stock speakers yet? I know it helped my system sound a lot better when i had stock speakers.

My front speakers in my chevy are blown thats why im in thr market to purchase some new ones I dont have my head unit installed as of yet cause I got to get the adapter from crunch for my buttons on my steering wheel to work but I was looking to go with a good tweeter good mids and good subs for sound when I had my radio in my ford I did the go threw the process to do ta and yes music was 75% better overall I had a 12 inch kicker comp in it but it just wasnt what I was looking for if I can get my bass to match my vocal ill be happy. And I mostly listen to country 95% of the time until the ladies come out then I let them here what they like

For budget minded: incriminator audio 6.5 components do well on blues, country, electronic and rock, acoustic guitars are very present in these and vocals are clear, you'll have to acoustically treat your doors if you want more midbass with any type of speaker you choose..

With the 80 prs, you also have the option of going active and building your own component set consisting of silverflute 6.5s and vifa xt25s

Middle end, you got the image dynamics ctx 6.5 and jbl ms62cs, re XXX components, Alpine type X components

upper middle class, you got lower end hertz and hybrid audio technology components. Theres also jl C5s, CDT audio, Phd audiophile systems, and rainbow components.

upper end, there's dynaudio hertz audison, hybrid audio technologies, scanspeak, stage 4 kits from mainstream brands etc but you'll be over budget real quick.

All these speakers will sound wonderful on your 80 prs and will sound even better with sound deadening/door acoustical treatment.

Pair em up with http://www.soundqubed.com/Q4-120_p_150.html

As for substage: KEEP YOUR AMP unless you want to dump money into electrical upgrades then its an endless pit of spending. LITERALLY. you are completely fine with that memphis 1000 watt amp.

For subs these are very nice SQ oriented subs that are loud clean and efficient. http://store.soundsolutionsaudio.com/products/dcon-10-sound-solutions-audio-10-400w-dcon-series-subwoofer.html

These shallow mount subs work well in sealed enclosures(seeing you might be tight for space) and they hit the highs as well as the lows and you need that upper bass for country. You can keep your current amp and wire em 1 ohm. They'll be louder and sound waay fuller, cleaner and richer then your kicker sub could ever dream of. Kicker and Sound quality normally does not belong in the same sentence.

Definitely invest in a custom ported box if you can spare the space for it though.

Thank you sir for your reply and knowledge I will be going that sub route. Now I just gotta find out what to run for mids and components I don't wanna get all wacky in to putting new kick panels and all in or doing any door mods. But I don't want it to sound very clean and nice. If it makes since I hear some radios that have way more vocal then they do sub or way more sub then they do vocal I want mine to meet in the middle and have enough of both

That has to do with tuning and amplifier gains more then equiipment man. Too much vocals, lower 4 channel gain. Too much sub? Lower sub level on head unit. That problem is the simplest to solve man.
