audio sound cds Help

sup yall!

i just bought the autosound cds and i am having a little bit of problem figuring out which cd to use to help me set the gains......I mean there 2 of 1 khz tones for mids and highd and about 2 for 50hz for the bass.....i poped each of those and i get different readings from my voltemeter any help is appreaciated!

set your gains using a -6db 50hz sine wave for the sub; and a -6db 1khz sine wave for your components/speakers
