Audio shop rip-offs

I randomly walk into shops around here, we only have Car Tunes and Mickey Shore,(which is shop that gets all their stuff from ABC warehouse) and it's amazing what smut I hear from the ppl that work there... tellin my you can damage speakers by underpowering them, you need to have a cap even if you have a battery.. how these people have a job is above me
