audio cutting out

had a dual dvd head unit and though it was the problem. went and bought a sony head unit and its still giving me problems. i have 3 amps, 2 bridged for subs and one for audio. when its playing, the audio will randomly cut out but the bass still plays. idk whats causing it to do this. i have a line driver in the rca's for the subs, but i wouldnt think thats the problem

did u check all of your ground and wiring for your speakers yet?

ya. all 3 grounds go to a distribution block which goes straight to the chasis. all the amps stay on. the audio just stops playing

are the head units not pushing enough power through the rca's?? i went out and checked my grounds and after its turned up to much the subs cut out also. but yet again the amps are still on.

Do you have a relay for your remote wire? 3 amps and a line driver is what I have and I had to add a relay to the remote wire because my highs amp was cutting out.

i have the remote for the sub amps running straight from the battery with a switch. so the remote from the head unit is just powering the mids and highs. i'll try that and see if it works

how many watts are you putting to it and is the what do you have electrical system wise
