I was wondering if there would still be a need for a line driver, such as the audio control overdrive, if I got their epicenter.
I have a stock deck (06' tacoma) and installed two amps. the fronts are boston pros. I posted another thread on this, but I have a different question now. the fronts are hooked up right now through a line output converter. They have horrible dead noise and a very short volume range. Shop said to get the overdrive. But I was wondering if the epicenter would do the trick, along with adding the bass.
I have searched and still lost on this topic. Some say that I should just get a new, better quality line out converter, and the dead noise will go away. If the epicenter will do the trick, then i would gain better bass (at least thats what the company says) and stop the dead noise.
thanks
