Hey I have an 03 XLT 4x4 and need more room for my box. Im trying to remove the jump seats and possibly the jack storage/cupholders. Does anyone know the trick?

What Do you mean trick? It was pretty easy to do in my frinds 04...What are you stuck at?

I know the jack storage holder, had clips that popped out and there were screws under them, And you had to take the Black mat off to get to them.

i had a similer problem in my tacoma, i just took out all what i could by hand, and then popped the holders, and casing of with a crowbar, siloconed the little bitty holes from the rivits, and put duckt tape over it, and painted it to match my truck.... and now i have about 6 inchs to work with for box space. im sure the ranger is much more spacious, is it bucket seats or a bench seat... im stuck with tehhh bench.

i used to have a 2000 and what i did was i removed the jump seats, jack and all of the mounts, then i took a dremel and cut the back wall where the jack attached so that my box would sit flat...this is what i ended up with...i never really finished it though...
