I am curious how you afforded a duplex? family member passed? I know you can't get any property at this age without a shitton down payment. I had a banging credit score, monthly income 4x mortgage, and i still got turned down on a mortgage JUST because I've only had credit 3 years.

it wasnt expensive at all...where i live most places are cheap and cost of living isnt too much. I paid a lil more then 20k for it, i sold a few older cars and i had money saved up from working when i was younger...

first off dumbshit, i had a few old cars, ill even tell you what they were, a 1969 camaro 427bb in her, and a 69 cuda. I SOLD them to pay for my house, how is that so hard to understand? Ive owned my justy for like a 9 months...how is that 3 years? I can afford my stereo easily, i have HIGHER priorities at the moment then a car stereo though (ie COLLEGE, something you wouldnt know about)
