Quick but probably dumb question Thor. By you making that port that big and sealing it off did it get louder to ear as well, or just the meter? Wanna do a daily/spl setup but don't want to sacrifice too much daily listening for it.

^^^^it shakes the brain daily! lol I didn't lose anything for daily by sealing it off. if anything it made it sound more responsive.

Is it completely sealed off? When you open your trunk does the sound change?

It's about 98% sealed.

Sound doesn't change any more with the trunk open. I'll show ya on Sunday

once I found the boxes sweet spot, pushed back up against trunk forward firing with port on drivers side, I built a wood floor and added 2 sides and a top to the box extending forward to the back of the seats. There I used alot of foam,tape,glue, L brackets etc...

I can easily take the walls off and pull the box out as a whole. In fact I plan on doing so in the spring and try a 12in port.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
