I'd take some time on that box out of the car and reseal all edges just to be certain its air tight. Biggest killer of output/sound is a leaky box. IMO

i wouldnt take that front dowell out if youre going to keep your amp mounted right there.

dont worry just ut the box in for show and tell i am sealing in and out tommorow and painting it cant figure out where to put the **** amp i might put it in the back but have to make sure its not really touching the box.btl is doing good at 40 hz though just about 100^3 of port loving it.what do you guys usually seal it with

box looks a hair tiny for that size port. i'de put the speaker wire through the back of the box, les port turbulance.

i metered today!!!!!!!! good news and bad news. good news. at 30 cycles i pulled a 135 sealed!!!!!!!!!!

now the bad news.

did a sweep to find my peak and got it up to a 140.6 on about 3/4 max power for my amp.

car peaked at 47 hz

went to 45 and started to roll my volume and i heard things no one should ever hear.... head unit will not power on. my zune can still play through it but it sound like $h!t.

i want a new eclipce 4000 now...........

what setup are you trying to hit 150 with?
