As a person of ethnicity I find this racially offensive, and per the TOS, specifically this section under Prohibited Behavior:

"Will not make any Communications which violate or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person or which a reasonable person would consider abusive, profane, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, which are defamatory or harassing, or which violate or encourage others to violate this Agreement or any applicable law"

I think you're in line for a ban yourself. If you want to get into technicalities, your offense is CLEARLY stated in the TOS.

I'm not whining about it, the only thing I asked was for a moderator, specifically the one who banned me, to contact me via PM so I could discuss this with them one on one.

And again I will ask for the moderator who found it right to ban me to kindly PM me so we can speak about this without the comments from the peanut gallery.
