I'm not going to serve a 30 day ban for something that is NOT in writing on ANY of the Terms of Service or ANY of the stickies. A week ban I can understand, point taken, but 30 days for something that is absolutely not clearly defined ANYWHERE within the TOS, I find silly and undeserving.
