I'm not going to serve a 30 day ban for something that is NOT in writing on ANY of the Terms of Service or ANY of the stickies. A week ban I can understand, point taken, but 30 days for something that is absolutely not clearly defined ANYWHERE within the TOS, I find silly and undeserving.

I am unsure what it is you are going to do if you have to serve your 30 day ban. I don't see any option here. This is not a court of law, and there is no such thing as appeals here. This is a forum...
