I still want an OEM to come here and comment on this. It is a serious offer. It would cost me what, $1-3,000 to fly to wherever and stay for a week. I am sure an OEM can teach me to identify warrenty concerns, recone process, etc. in a week. I guess it takes longer?

shit flip, its really not worth the effort to learn all of that. Any RMA documentation process would fit that bill, and the mechanics arent that impressive.

I was interested in Fi for a while but after seeing information such as posted here along with the fact I never got a reply to my email I worry that this is just another one man company and if I send my money in I am going to be worried that they are going to close up shop in the process.

I tell you after Steve Meade praised Fi I was really ready to throw all my eggs in one basket but now I dunno, stability is really something I need esp if I need a re-cone.
