I think their excuse is that they have to fill so many orders that's why they don't have the time.It sounds like FI is going to the wayside like the others that came before it??

All three of those are still here.Do any of these "E" companies have any staying power? We've seen what happened to Adire, SS, ED etc.

It is not an excuse when the owner is putting in 16-18 hour days, and they want to stay profitable. There are so many factors being overlooked. A small company that builds in the US cannot keep up with massive 20+ year old corporations.
