I think their excuse is that they have to fill so many orders that's why they don't have the time.

This is one of the main reason why i decided to go with Mach5 instead of the FI IB for my install

Do any of these "E" companies have any staying power? We've seen what happened to Adire, SS, ED etc.

All three of those are still here.

It is not an excuse when the owner is putting in 16-18 hour days, and they want to stay profitable. There are so many factors being overlooked. A small company that builds in the US cannot keep up with massive 20+ year old corporations. In addition to doing re-cones is time consuming and has a very low margin.

if the owner has to put in so many hours then perhaps he should thinking about expanding? Even if by a little bit

Yes I know. I heard this cookie cutter excuse 5 years ago when I was trying to buy an RE SX
