there's also a JFET...junction field effect transistor

or a GaAsFET...gallium arsenide blah blah

those are pretty specialized, used mostly for low noise preamplifiers for radio antennas, receivers and such.

You just have to find a place that has the specific part you're looking for.

Do a search for A1266 at http://www.tiptopelectronics.com/ . i found it there, not sure if that's what you are looking for it. good luck

I got bored and googled A1266 transistor and found this:

looks like you need more than just that transistor replaced. Looks like that blue resistor is bad too. And since you replaced all the mosfets.. I would venture that a lot more damage to the amp was done. Putting a new little black thing on probably isnt going to make it work. I would send that thing in to KB instead of requesting parts from them.
