Attention Computer Gurus: Quicktime help requested

I'm having a problem with my quicktime in websites. Not too long ago, everything was working fine, then on it's own, all of a sudden my quicktime streams don't show up in my websites anymore. it just shows a picture of the Q with a question mark ontop of it. Here's a screenshot, if it looks familiar or anyone knows what might be causing it any help would be appreciated, i went through all the settings in windows and quicktime and everything seems to be up to par.

Quicktime says it is up to date.

Have you tried uninstalling and resinstalling Quicktime?

Its most likley asking for you to download the Quicktime PLUGIN for IE. But they may not have it setup right. It should of asked you to install the plugin, if not your browser is blocking it or they didnt set it up right

i figured it out. there was some other old version of quicktime on his comp, and it wasn't screwing up with the old version, but then when he updated his quick32 file screwed up his updated version of quicktime. thanks anyways guys.

a mod can delete this now if they want
