Hey fellow bass heads. I am attending my very first SPL competition. It will be in Little Rock AR at the Music Mart. I have never even attended a show as an onlooker, so what advice do you all have for me? Still new at this so help me out....in a POSITIVE way lol.

Setup

4 18"DC Level 4's

2 DC 3. 5k's

1 DC 175.4

Crescendo mids and highs

1 Mechman 270 amp alternator

1 stock 105 amp alternator

Pioneer Double Din HUH

My goal is at least a 151 DB

Really good people can be found at shows, and good friends can be made. As long as you don't have a "better than you" attitude, I suspect your gonna have an amazing time.

One of the main things people tend to forget to do is read up on the rules for the governing body you'll be competing in. Most organizations have different rules that govern the classes and try to keep things as fair as possible.

Demo any and everything you can!!! Most people get n these forums believing if you run a specific brand, you'll win in the lanes, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Ideas, ideas, ideas, and changes and improvements that have helped other competitors, will help you improve more than anything else.

You have all that equipment and the goal is a 151..... hmmmmmm, my advice? Turn the volume up. Should hit 151 in no time.

What car is this all in and enclosure type? A pic or two?
