Attaching door pods?

Ok say I have a door pod, and a door panel, how do I just attach the pod to it? Without glass?

tee nuts on the pod, and bolts through the door, and into the tee nut??

or do everything he said but use some little bolts, double up the washers (one inside your door and one inside the pod) and use lock washers or even just locknuts. thats what i would do, and if i did it they would never fall off. :shrugs:
