atomic vs BL

Ok so I have a 15 inch atomic apocalypse here it is 1000rms.

I also have a 12 inch Fi BL. 1000rms,

Now the atomic is a single 4 ohm sub. So to use it I would be getting a alpine pdx 1000. That would give it about 1200wrms.

The fi is running off a zeus-xx about 1600wrms.

Which one will get louder if they both could be in optimal size slot ported boxes?

not to get off topic..but how is the lows on the BL?

and id go with the 12 since there is more cone..but it would be kinda close..

When you say you would go with the 12 because there is more cone do you mean the 15?

Lows on BL are actually good I do like the sub.

Ok for everyone that said BL easy anwser.

Put it in a 2.4cube box i had here just too test it out. It gets pretty much just as loud as the BL considering I am only giving it 400wrms compared to the BL getting 1600+
