I have a pair of AP/Spl 10s fresh from George off recones dual 1s, changed paths for the upcoming season and need some cash to fund the new project. I will say 400$ Shipped on the pair. I wont split unless I have a buyer for both subs. Shipping will be a little expensive, because of the weight on these little monsters, but these are basically brand new so lets get these sold!

yep they will take all of 3000rms each again I know first hand more power they just get louder. In case anyone was wondering, these were never blown, the reason for recone was I wanted them fresh and stiff for the upcoming season. I would be willing to trade, but on select items: Aq Hd3 woofers or DD 35/95s also.

sorry to dump your thread but if your saying these subs will take 3000 watts a piece that is stretching it

i personally had a pair of these subs and i had one out of my pair die off of 3500 watts total on the pair at 70 hz

but they did do a 153.5 and were louder than my 9510s //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I would say your problem was 70hz, I had mine tuned at 55hz and they had no problem doing the power, and its good you admit they do good numbers, burps they will handle that power, if people want to check speak with george from atomic

also maniac just wanted to let you know my teamate from germany ran these with a pair of memphis 4ks and had no problems doing solid mid 150s in an ext cab s-10, again you cant compare my setup to yours nor my teamates, but still you have to admit if they put up a better score then your 9510s (great subs) then you cant down the sub in any way. They are solid and will handle power rated moderately at 1000rms, should be fine with 1500 daily if thats your use, for burps 3k will be fine, street beat class 2k each.

They put up a better score than my dds cuz one of the dd's had a screwed up coil //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

its not gonna take that much power tho. the coil was fine which would have alot to do with the frequency. The problem i had was the woven tinsel leads broke . Which would have alot to do with atomics quality standards //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but like i said good subs but dont claim they take more power than what they really do. Just because he had a pair of 4kws on their dont mean they were getting 8kw //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Got to clamp a amp to do know real output //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If thats the case then what about the pair of american bass xd3000d strapped at 1ohm 0.5 per amp on mine and never had a problem with them? run at 14volts showing right at 6100rms...thats fine, but your experience is differnet then mine and I know first hand they will take a pair of xd3000s no problem.

Just in case people are curious here is the rating on the ab xd3000
