I had a grounding issue when I had my 800.1 in (my fault) it would just go into protect mode. sent it back, they "fixed" it for just the cost of shipping. Started doing the same thing a couple weeks later...grounding issue wasn't the cause this time. I sent it back, fought with them for over 3 months before they finally sent my amp back "fixed" (it didn't work...straight out of the box) and charged me for the "repair" I had ordered a pair of 7000.1s for my burp car (just shy of 3 grand) I told them to cancel the order since they hadn't shipped my amps out yet, they never shipped the amps or refunded my money, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. got that resolved and 2 months later, had another $2,800 charge on my card. I called them and they denied even charging it, so I filed another dispute with my credit card company and had that money refunded again....
