****it, dont tell me this! ha haTell me you're being sarcastic.
Losing significant amounts of weight means getting your metabolism working quickly, otherwise you're going to fight for every pound as you've seen...that means overcoming inertia and getting out there. Get active, and I'm sure you'll see a difference. A big one.
Sorry...but it's the truth. You can't get around it.****it, dont tell me this! ha ha
oh god, i wish i had time to lift. i love liftingSorry...but it's the truth //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
On the plus side, though...once you build up more muscle and a higher metabolic rate, it'll be harder to gain weight again...so you won't be taking two steps back for every step forward.
im sure that does work, but its really hard to eat every 2-3hours when i work busy *** 6 hour shifts and have no time to eat, and when i gotta sit through 4-5 hour classes. i dont think id be able to do that dietIm tellin you man, do what I did.
Im getting back on it now.
It really works.
i just want to know why this atkins isnt working. what am i doing wrong. my diet mainly consists or cheesesteaks w/hot sauce (-role), tuna salad no dressing, nuts, eggs, cheese, and thats about it. thats good isnt it?Just bring a snack then.
Like grapes in a tupperware case.
Pretzels even. But try and stick close the the serving size for anything but fruits and veggies.
but what about people who dont have time to exercise? theres gotta be a way.
i seriously dont have time. im so ****ing stressed out right now with the amount of crap crammed into my life, i seriously do NOT have any time to exerciseNo.. How do you not have time to excercise? Stop being lazy and just do it. Weight will not just fall off by itself, if you want to lose weight then you need to do something about it. Changing your diet is the first step...
