but it makes sense. carbs make fat stick to body. so if you cut the carbs, fat doesnt stick.

 
i seriously dont have time. im so ****ing stressed out right now with the amount of crap crammed into my life, i seriously do NOT have any time to exercise
So do the next best thing- alter your diet.

Even simply changing your diet and performing normal daily activities will yield some results...whether or not you see them, you will be much more healthy with a better diet.

In order to actually lose weight without exercise, the only logical way would be to stop eating, or eat and then throw up, thus the eating disorder was invented... EXERCISE YOU LAZY BASTARD:furious:

You misunderstood him. He said that altering your diet will ultimately make you HEALTHIER, that does not always mean you will shed the pounds. Weight will not be lost just by altering your diet, overnight. It is possible to lose weight by eating right, but this will take a long period of time.

What about waking up 15-20 mins earlier and jogging?
awww man. shit, if i could wake up early, i would have time to exercise. i would have infinite time! but unfortunatly i cant wake up. i use 3 alarm clocks and im still late for work cause i never wake up!

Again, you apparently do not truely want to lose weight. If you did, you would do whatever you could to do it. Exercising does not mean you need to go to the gym or something.. You could do some aerobics, or run up and down your stairs, or anything... Go for a bike ride. You apparently have free time, because you spend it on the computer. You could spend this time sleeping so you can possibly wake up in the morning and do something with yourself.

Have you ever heard of sleep apnea (sp?) ?

I'd look into it and see if you have any symptoms and check with a doctor...

if i exercise i need time to shower. i cant do that now. so i cant exercise now.
