ASVAB score doesen't really mean anything in the military. I don't know of anyone that is a job or not in a job because of the score they made.

I took it before I joined the Marines. Got an 84. I didn't know jack shit about cars or electronics so I totally bombed those portions of the test. My GT score was somehow a 130, which was supposedly really high or something.

Recruiter told me I could do any job I wanted. I chose infantry. Hahahahahahaha.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

Anyway, they chose me for Presidential Support and Foreign Language Intelligence in boot camp because of my GT score. I ended up doing Presidential Support in Washington DC.

Long story short: Having a high ASVAB doesn't make you cool. Quit jerking off about it. Join the military and serve 4 years in Marine/Army intell and then maybe I'll be impressed.

PS: you would get ****ing brutalized in boot camp. Not to mention the fleet. Hahahaha, people like you get ****ing chewed up and spit out like it's not even funny. You can tell your team leader all about your ASVAB score as he's beating your *** and the rest of your team is guarding the door.

SMOS eh... how much time do you have on the big guns? Most of the time when someone says something like that they are trying to brag about how they were a machine gunner and never even shot the ****ing things. You could prove me wrong though. As a matter of fact, what number is a machine gunner? If you know, I'll be convinced.

One of my drill instructors was an engineer. Guy was ****ing intense as hell. Most engineers I met were pretty ****ing bad, but some were *******. Better than most other MOSs though.

It wasn't mandatory at my high school, but I opted to take it twice (once as a junior and once as a senoir). I took it a third time about 8 years ago when I tried to go for WO heli pilot (153A) again. Scored either an 84 or an 86.
