go read your bluebook and cite some cases to us properly, or better yet describe the elements of a contract, or give us all the intentional torts you might incur if you keep making pointless threads. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif2L,Not sure.

It's going good. Lots and lots of work and case briefing, but I knew that coming in so it's not a suprise, and it's nothing too crazy. Classes are really interesting and the other law students are all really friendly, people here are all about having fun and working hard too, which is just what I am like. It's definately not like college in the social sense, as we are lucky if we can go out once a week rather than every night like i was doing in college, but it's cool knowing im being trained directly for my future profession, rather than just taking random bullshitt classes like I was taking in college.go read your bluebook and cite some cases to us properly, or better yet describe the elements of a contract, or give us all the intentional torts you might incur if you keep making pointless threads. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
hows 1st week going?
If you bought this from warranty from a warranty company I'd say you are screwed. Any fine print in the disclaimer or whatever you read before you bought the thing?Alright i got one for you. Its a bit of a situation im in and need some legal advice. I bought a brand new transmission 9 months ago. I paid to have a nation wide 2 year 12,000 mile warranty. Well 6 months and 1,500 miles after they put it in the ****** went out. They said I could have any transmission shop in the US pull the ******, they would send a new one and have them put it in. I find out I have to pay labor which ended up being around $700. The company I had the warranty with got my old ****** and ispected. They said the ****** did not fail from manufacturer defects and that I owe them $2000 for a new ******. I asked then to prove that it was my fault it went out and they cannot. On top of all this, it took them 5 weeks to send the new ******, leaving me to rent a car for those 5 weeks. What legal action can I take against them?
I have all the papers verifying the warranty. No fine print. They are called Accurate Transmissions. They make bad *** race trannys so I figured it would be a good upgrade. The warranty information claims that I can have my ****** serviced anywhere in america and they will reimburse labor costs. If you bought this from warranty from a warranty company I'd say you are screwed. what? Don't they play in the orange bowl? People told me we can just take the metro down? What are "case brief books" and how do i find them for my case books?do yourself a favor and buy case brief books and dont listen to anyone who says they dont help...and sux you have to drive to FTL to see the Canes play now.
I think the limit for small claims court is 2,000 bucks. You could just eat the 700 and take them there and then NOT have to hire a lawyer and not have to pay attorney fees. If you get a lawyer it might cost you a significant amount of money. Before you do anything, threaten to report them to the better business beuarea, and if you know any lawyers ask them to sound a formal sounding letter to them. Usually when people get letters from attorneys they just cave in and refund you.I have all the papers verifying the warranty. No fine print. They are called Accurate Transmissions.
