Anyone on here work for Ascendant Audio?

I've tried calling the numbers are always busy.. or off the hook "guessing here"

Sent about 5 emails regarding a drop in recone for a Arsenal 15" with no replies back.

"before saying give them time to reply back" its been over a month and half since i've sent

the first email.

Or if anyone has all the specs on the motor to get a drop in recone done so I don't have to ship

the whole thing out to someone to recone it, Let me know.

FI AA and SSA all take a long time to answer emails and i havent been able to get anyone in the phone before. i ended up goin to PSI he has all the specs of those subs i believe

Fi has always been hard to get a hold of...there's a local AA dealer here who is very knowledgeable on their products who could probably help you out

At Fi and AA, Shawn who is usually the person who is covering those, has been in the hospital for a few weeks, AND just had major leg surgery today. He will be in the hospital for a little longer, but is still trying to keep up with emails and calls from his hospital bed.

I think you have us confused, we (SSA) are extremely fast with email response, unless you email in the middle of the night over the weekend. We do try to sleep from time to time.

They've always replied in just a matter of a couple hours at most whenever I emailed.

Actually got an Email back from PSI about 30mins ago, they don't have the AA 05 model specs.. which should be the same as the new ones just different softparts. Got to take measurements and all that stuff to send to them.

Sub is the Ascendant Arsenal 15" 05 model btw

I doubt any one would have that info....unless they had a motor sitting next to them

If they deal with the recones and stuff or if he knows someone he can contact there fairly easy to get the info Since AA does sale recones he could possibly get it easier than I could... And I've done cut the top cone off the sub and trashed it just empty shell left..

We do not deal with Fi or AA recones, only our own, and since they are different drivers from SSA, the parts are different. Really the only place to get Fi or AA sub woofers reconed is directly from Fi/AA.
