That's exactly what I was saying. Shit happens I can appreciate that, as long as you keep me informed and up to date it's cool. If you leave me hanging though, that just isn't good customer service.So they couldn't have, at the very least, sent an e-mail saying "hey, we're having a problem with the poly's right now, so unfortunately your replacements are going to be delayed" ?
