Ascendant Audio Avalanche vs Fi Q 15 vs Sundown z15

I know that all three of these subs have very good sound quality and get very loud but what would be the best im thinking the avalanche would be, but I cant seem to find one for sale, So would a sundown z15 v1 be a good replacement and have just as good sq or would the fi q be better? If your wondering what enclosure lets say I can make either but I will seal either one no matter what first, I will make a ported box later. Thanks.

Come one, some one here has to have heard all three. Im pretty sure that I am getting the ascendant audio avalanche not sure what amp though, and I am going to seal it 3 cubes it what I heard. AQ 1200d maybe as the amp.

I'm going for sq but I want it to get loud. I have an alpine 9887 head unit and the sub I think it will be running off a AQ1200D or maybe a more sound quality oriented amplifier. I'm pretty set on the ascendant audio avalanche after what I've read about it, but I would like to have input on what might make the other two subs better. Something tells me they all probably sound sick. Thanks.

If you can find an Avalanche that's in good condition, I'd pick it up right away. They are very musical subs that will get pretty dang loud in the right enclosure. The Q will sound good as well, so you might to opt for that route if you can't find someone selling their ava.

My thoughts exactly. The only question for me would be, how long I was willing to wait for an ava to come up for sale (for a reasonable price).

Yeah, plus the ava's are very hard to come by now-a-days. Their owners are usually pretty happy with them and are not willing to let them go. A good friend of mine owns an ava15, and it'll be a cold day in hell before he lets it go. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
