but its equally sad that there are tons of people voting for his JUST BECAUSE of the color of his skin.

If Obama loses we may see ourself in something very hairy when it comes to race, blacks will cry foul and throw a fit, "racism"(when i say this I mean accidently cutting the black guy at mcdonalds, or not being able to return a black persons stuff at target because they don't have a receipt) will be at an all time high.

we'll see. I've already been harassed at target when I wear a mccain button on my shirt. Several times i've had people say "Can't return my stuff cause I'm black? can't vote for obama cause he's black?"

Its gonna be worse than it is now, and some of the cases that I see everyday about "racism" are just plain retarded. My friend got fired because a fry wasn't cooked all the way and he served it to a black man on accident. It was an "act of racism"...give me a break

No, it can makes sense if you intrepret it as he means.

Let's say the effects of a President reveal themselves with a 10 year lag. Meaning we are currently experiencing the effects of the Clinton Presidency. 10 years from now we will experience the effects of the Bush Presidency. And , providing Obama wins, in 14 years we will experience the effects of the Obama Presidency, and that these experiences will be worse than the economic enviornment we currently experience. What happens in between times is up in the air,I suppose. Whether or not these effects take ten years to come to fruition, or if extraordinary events can accelerate the "time until experience" is another matter. However, there is nothing ironic about his comment at all.
