Are these Dangerous?

Im on limewire downloading bass testers and i came across that says WARNING- LOW BASS. Are there tunes that will hurt my subs. They are just cheap type R's and i dont wont to damage them.

If you have a ported enclosure, playing tones at loud volumes that are below tuning frequency will cause the woofers to unload, possibly reaching their mechanical limits...
