Are 90% Of Today's Car Amps The Same

I also spy cable elevators...
Yes, the ceramic kind that (ahem) separates the dielectric from the static energy on the floor, as well as the maple cutting boards acting as vibration control for amplifiers. Care to take a guess how long it took the guy to orient all the stuff in conjunction with dialing-in the Mpingos? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

I do like the small Nipper, though.

If that was true, there would not have been a mad dash to buy/produce cheap amps.
And just for the sake of argument, here are 10 amps that are very different as well as engineered in house. I will leave it to you guys to name the 90 that are the same.

JL

JBL

Rockford

Genesis

Helix

Tru

Arc

Zapco

Sinfoni

Steg

There is still plenty of quality out there. You just have to pay to play and your average person is not willing to do that.
I should have looked at this list a while back i would have saved myself money believing that DD was any different.

I didn't but was pissed that my GTO 14001 and GTO 504 performed so much better but for half the price. I paid less for all 4 of my new JBL GTO amplifiers than I did for 2 of my DD amplifiers. The DD were good but not worth the money I shelled out for them. If I had known about JBL 4 years ago I would have saved thousands of dollars.
