arc kar 10 or 12

im looking to get either the arc kar 10 or 12. id prefer the 10, but the amp im getting puts out 284wrms and the 10 is only 200 wrms. would 84 watts over be too much? or would it be better to get the 12 that is 250wrms? Also would the 12 be as accurate as the 10? last thing, are there any other subs around 100$ comparable in sq to the kar's.

300 is safe on a 10 no problem, just don't crank it too much.
