Arc Audio and ID Max?

I'm think of getting this amp off the board:

To maybe match up with an ID Max 12. What do you guys think of this amp? Anyone have experience with it? Is $350 shipped a good deal? Let me hear your thoughts!

It's a good amp, I don't know what they are going for used but that price doesn't seem too far off the mark.

Go with it, that paired with a IDMax should sound beaufitul
