Arc Audio Amp - 1 or 2 Alpine Type R (1242D)

My AMP is ARC Audio 1500-XXK Amp. (Stereo @ 2 ohms = 2 x 450 watts)

(Bridged @ 4 ohms = 1 x 900 watts)

(Bridged @ 2 ohms = 1 x 1000 watts)

Currently I have one Alpine TYPE R SWR-1242D, and another blown one.

Power Handling Capacity (RMS): 500W

Power Handling Capacity (Peak): 1500W)

Should I / Can I run one Alpine on the Arc, or Two? Will two be underpowered?

I also have an Arc Series 15" Sub, but it needs to be reconed, would this be a possible option?
