Well, I think it all depends on how stiff the sub itself is and how much power you intend to throw at it RMS wise.
You'll find that most will say "just wang away" and typically that would be OK, but if those AQs are super stiff, I would throw half to 3/4 the RMS handling is on it for a couple of days and not go past half volume on it. Stiffer subs need to get loose before you go full throttle.
In my case for instance, I have 2 RD Alpha 10" and I will throw 1600 to each of them. I was told by the owner of RD to put 1000 watts to them for the first 2 days and send some 45-50 hz tones through them for short periods of time.
