AQhdc318 + AQ2200 in my 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee

got pulled over today...

music wasnt even up, but he heard it a lil while he passed by....after he passed by he said he saw my taillights and made the u-turn

Told him i bought it like that

music wasnt the big deal just my tails(there blacked out)...got away with a warning

I told him the visibilty is nearly the same (i made sure i didnt make them too dark)-but he was like "is the visibilty decreased at all compared to the factory tails?"

so yea i got owned right there but he was cool with everything...

I did my own cliffs of this thread. I'm pretty sure this thread failed. Before you spend so much money, research and learn next time bud. Hope you sort of, kind of, some how figured it all out.

but yea about my system...

it HAS gotten a lot better throughout the months.

it used to clip when it wasnt even that loud, now it gets really loud without clipping and i got my gains all tha way up...

i just play with my knob

Aye guys im about to buy a AQ window sticker and i was wondering what a Dust Cap Decal is?

btw SHITS GETTIN LOUDER!

imma wait a lil more to get it metered...but yea whats a Dust Cap Decal and I emailed AQ cuz I was also wondering if the window sticker would be on the inside or outside since it doesnt say if the writing is black or white so idk?

im pretty sure its just a decal that looks just like the dustcap logo same size and color

make sure you come to bunnel 1/24 so we can bass box each other. im getting my hdc318 put in this saturday

alright yea the sticker is white and you place it on the outside

btw what can i do about my rattle...

and when i talk about rattle i mean the area around my sunroof-i sometimes wish how it would be without one

anyways...it sometimes seems like its gonna just shatter so any advice???

maybe some dynamat under my roof panel...anyone ever done that before...would i help?

i had a rattle in my roof near the windshield and my friend suggested expanding foam. so last nite i went over to his house and he took down the sunvisor and sprayed some thru the holes that it mounts and let it sit over nite and now that sound is gone, but now with my 18 i peak at like 50hz and when i burp it or play a song near the peak freq there is another rattle

Foam/deadner works ALOT better for rattles, plus its not permanent

I bought an AQ decal when I was running my hdc315 and never got around to putting it on lol, its laying around in my house somewhere ill look for it though.
