AQ2200D Remote Bass Knob just stopped workint??

Took my subs out of my car because I was having it detailed. Put electrical tape on the wire ends and sent it off the for the afternoon.

Amp works fine, knob light is blue but it doesnt do anything. Double checked all connections and they are all fine.

Could it have just fried? Any other possibilities?
