AQ2200D.. got it in... :(

When my 2200 came in, it was packaged very well. Amp was packed tight in a box, then was in another box, which was in an even larger box with pnuts.. One of the best packed things Ive ever had.. But yea like mentioned, I cant see anything in that picture. I wouldnt make a big deal out of a little smudge..

Well.. I love the amp, but the white "Subsonic" writing is smudged over the subsonic filter knob.. and the bass knob looks like it is chipped or poorly manufactured..
It should still work fine right? It looks fine besides that, nothing is loose. I assume this is just Korean manufacturing lol..

it wouldnt because of a paint smudge and a filter knob you shouldnt use?

Ya mine was packed the same way, but the little box that the amp was in had these two cardboard fittings on the sides of the amp, but they were too far apart, like the amp wasn't secured by them lol it just slid in between them..

Ok, I don't know why this was necessary to say. I meant did the smudge and the gain knob being messed up indicate that the manufacturing could have been poor for this amp in particular or that shipment was rough or something, I didn't say a paint smudge would cause the amp to cease functioning.

Lol whatever it's called :p
ohhh the gain setting you mean. u said bass knob which made me think as any other informed individual that you mean that thing that comes with your amp when you buy it to think u can control the bass from your knob. you try again.

In all actuality it is a remote gain control. However, the label "bass knob" or as MTX called it "External Bass Control" comes from the fact that most amps that come with this are used for subs. I mean I can't see someone needing a "midrange knob". It's just a name made up by the mfgs marketing teams. Thats all. But calling it a bass knob isn't exactly "incorrect".
