Well.. I love the amp, but the white "Subsonic" writing is smudged over the subsonic filter knob.. and the bass knob looks like it is chipped or poorly manufactured..

It should still work fine right? It looks fine besides that, nothing is loose. I assume this is just Korean manufacturing lol..

Uh, the knob won't go past what the gain is set to on the amp, it's a signal reducer, not a true gain knob. Try again.

The knob you really can't see except a little white spot near the line that tells you where the knob is pointed because it's a crappy camera phone, but that's the chip..

the subsonic is scratched, honestly it looks like the knob may have hit the amp in shipment and scratched the subsonic part.. honestly this thing was not packed well either..

solid amp man. mine didnt have any smudges and the packaging wasnt too bad. but it only traveled down one state to get to me. But i doubt its worth the time to send back. If it powers on, keep it
