aq1200d or nine.1?

seems like most everybody is saying aq and thats waht i was wanting at first and i would get it but my car doesnt run at 14 volts so thats why i am leaning towards the nine.1 and i can get it a lil cheaper and i am super tight on money so thats a huge factor to
