Will AQ be making an 8" HDc3? Also, Do the SD/SD2.5 line have the new AQ logos on them or are they still the old ones? i might end up using my eclipses again, but ive been wanting a 15" HDC3 for a loooong time. Are they built to order? Do I have to wait weeks for it to get here? Or are they pre built? I might get the 12 since the 15 is out of stock, but if they are built to order ill go ahead and wait for the 15's to be in stock

But I would love to run some HDC3 8's. Any info would be great. Thanks. Im sub hungry. Ive been without bass for to long. Only bass I have is in my rear deck, my 6" kicker "mini subs". I call them mini subs cuz they wang, hard. Dont have them amped yet.. but im on my way to pickup one of my old Eclipse PA4212 amps to power them. When I get my digi cam ill remove my rear deck lid and take pics of these 6" drivers. They are beasts. They are very old school. But ****, they are beefy. They weigh 8lbs a peice. Thats alot for a 6" driver.

The magnet diameter is 8.7". How in the hell would that work for an 8" sub? It would have to be redesigned from the motor up -- it just wouldn't be financially worth it for them.

I now truly believe you are mentally challenged.

Then buy some of the many subs that do actually exist - there are tons of them! Instead of speculating about subs that are going to be impossible to make, get a pair of HDC10s if you want small size and big bass.
