Whats the back plate look like?

For the life of me i cant remember for sure and its not here with me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I believe its almost flat with a slight rise around the pole piece. IIRc its not the one with the realy thick/extended back plate.

Its not the bumped back plate from the look of it.

So its the same sub as the VFL comp subwoofer.

A great one at that.

I've yet to see the rms on this sub, I know it handles 20000rms or wahtever on 3 sec burps, but can it handle 3700rms non stop for 5 minutes without any kind of damage or voicecoil smell?

What wiring options are available with this quad 1.4 ohm setup?

They are rated at 5000 watts rms. I have a 15" APX powered by 2 Sundown 1500D's. The APX's can take the juice.
