The AP15001D costs around $30 more and has about 50wrms less at 4 and 2 ohms. Is there something I'm missing here? Are there any differences in efficiency? By specs the apsm1500 looks better and is cheaper, so what's going on? Which would you guys recommend?

Cheers.

edit: also why don't these amps have fuses?

So much hate... lol. My next cheapest option which puts out the same power is a JVC amp for $440 posted, getting this at $207 posted (imported) is a **** good saving. Being a student I could sure use an extra $233 in the bank.

Looking at replacing my pos 400wrms A/B amp.

Either 1 they will both make an equally good paper weight //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

They are both cheap power nothing more...
that's why I'm getting one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I only really need 1050wrms anyway, which I'm sure I'll get considering theyre rated at 1500.

Think I'll just go with the cheaper one, no real advantage to either of em.
